Marketing Internship Opportunity: Marketing Intern
Duration: May 2024 - October 2024
Location: Remote (Houston, Texas)
Are you passionate about marketing, design, and social media? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with high-profile brands? If so, we have an exciting internship opportunity for you!
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with upcoming projects from May 2024 to October 2024. You will be responsible for creating captivating graphics, updating our website, and managing our social media platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with renowned brands, receive mentorship, and enhance your skills under the guidance of our Creative Director and Director of Sponsorships.
RESPONSIBLITIES

Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials and campaigns.

Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and visuals.

Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and strategies for upcoming projects.

6Attend monthly onsite events in Houston, Texas (weekends) to assist with marketing activities (attendance not required but preferred).
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media management platforms, preferably Later.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Prefer someone who can attend onsite events in Houston, Texas, once a month (preferred but not required).
- College student preferred but not required

COMPENSATION

Position: Event Volunteer
Available Dates: Saturday, June 15th | Saturday, July 13th | Saturday, August 3rd
Hours: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX
Opportunities:

Check-in Assistance: Greet and assist attendees as they arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
