At Studio Co, we’re opening our space to a select group of experienced event curators and organizers to bring their concepts to life within our venue.

Created by the team behind Elevate Experiences, we’ve spent nearly a decade producing events rooted in art, culture, and community. As both a venue and an event platform, Studio Co has grown into a hub for creatives, curators, artists, and cultural experiences across Houston.

This opportunity is for experienced event curators and organizers ready to produce intentional, well-executed events within a curated space.

Why We’re Doing This

We wanted to create an opportunity to collaborate with other curators while continuing to keep our space activated with consistent, high-quality programming.

This also allows organizers to host events at more accessible rates—whether you’re looking to fully take over the space and execute your own vision, or plug into an already activated environment where you can focus on marketing, audience, and overall experience.

How It Works

We are currently offering two partnership opportunities (Event Partner & Exhibition Partner), depending on the type of experience you’re looking to create.

1. EVENT PARTNER

We are seeking partners to curate and host their own full-scale events within Studioco during the following months:

Available Months:

September 2026
October 2026
December 2026

Ideal For:

Art exhibitions & showcases
Creative experiences
Social or cultural events
Pop-ups, mixers, or curated concepts

Selected partners will have the opportunity to:

Fully activate the full venue ( The Studio, The Gallery & The Suite)
Lead their own event concept and execution
Discounted price of $1200
Up to 185 guests

2. EXHIBITION PARTNER (LIMITED)

Afrotech is returning to Houston November 2–6, bringing together innovators, creatives, and culture from across the country. As an official event partner, we will host our Digital Frequencies Opening Night on Tuesday, November 3rd, kicking off a week-long, fully activated exhibition experience.

The installation will remain in place throughout the week as we open the space to a select group of experienced event organizers and curators to host their own events within the environment. This is a unique plug-and-play opportunity, stepping into an already curated, art-forward space and bringing your concept to life within it.

We’re seeking partners with strong, well-developed concepts, from curated dinners and networking events to mixers, panels, and social experiences executed through intentional programming, music, and overall guest experience. Partners have the flexibility to produce a complete event, including DJs, bar service, cocktails, and catering, with the ability to bring in their own vendors.

Each event will be supported through our marketing channels and featured as part of the week’s programming alongside our opening night. Partners retain 100% of their ticket sales.

This is a discounted full venue opportunity at $1,200.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Participation as an Exhibition Partner does not classify your event as an official Afrotech event. Afrotech branding, trademarks, and logos may not be used in your event marketing unless independently approved by Blavity/Afrotech. However, partners will have the opportunity to collaborate with Studioco. and Elevate Experiences on promotional content and may utilize our brand assets as applicable.

This opportunity is not open to beginners.

We are specifically looking for:

Experienced event organizers and curators
Individuals with a proven track record of executing events
Strong, well-developed concepts with clear direction

All Event Partners are responsible for:

Planning and executing their own event
Marketing and driving attendance
Coordinating their own vendors and logistics
Any licensing, security, insurance needed
